Pricing
& policies.
Every project is quoted. Tell us what you are filming, where and when, and we send a written quote with the scope, deliverables and timing spelled out. Our price sheet is available on request.
Every quote includes
One round of revisions and licensed music. Travel within about 25 miles of Boca Raton has no fee. Beyond that, a flat travel fee is listed in your quote before you book.
Deposit & payment
A 20% deposit holds your date. The balance is due on delivery, before final files are released.
Weather
If rain, high wind or unsafe flying conditions affect the shoot, we reschedule at no charge. GP Media makes the weather call.
Reschedules & cancellations
For reasons other than weather: $100 reschedule or cancellation fee with 48 hours or more notice. Inside 48 hours, the full project fee is due.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included. Additional revisions are $75 each.
Drone & FPV airspace
South Florida has many airports and no-fly zones, and some properties do not allow a drone or FPV flight. That is never the client’s fault. We check airspace before the shoot, tell you if a flight is not possible, and provide a handheld walkthrough instead.
When we shoot
Early weekday mornings, weekday evenings and weekends. Exteriors and aerials are filmed in daylight. Interiors and events can be filmed after dark.
